OFFICIAL RULES BLUE ROSE AUTO: INTERIOR — Monthly Nomination-Based Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This Contest is sponsored by Blue Rose Auto, 3436 Olympic St. Springfield 97478.

2. Contest Period

This is a recurring monthly contest. Each monthly cycle runs from 12:00:01 AM PDT on the 1st day of the month through 11:59:59 PM PDT on the last day of that month, unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Oregon who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and anyone involved in the administration or judging of the Contest, are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter — Nomination Process

1. During the Nomination Period, eligible individuals may submit a nomination identifying another eligible individual or their content for consideration.
2. Self-nominations are permitted.
3. Each Nominator may submit one nomination per Contest Period.
4. Nominations must be submitted via the nomination form at promo.blueroseauto.com/nominate and must include: nominee's name, and a brief statement of reason for nomination.
5. Multiple entries beyond the stated limit will be voided at Sponsor's discretion.

5. Selection of Winner(s)

1. All valid nominations received during the Nomination Period will be reviewed by Sponsor for eligibility and compliance with these Rules.
2. Decisions of the Sponsor and/or judging panel are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of selection and announced publicly via the Blue Rose Auto Facebook page after Interior Detail is complete.

7. Prizes

• Prize: FREE Interior Detail of vehicle.
• Approximate Retail Value : $340
• Number of Prizes Available: 1 per Contest Period
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's discretion. If a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with prize receipt.

8. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants (Nominators and Nominees) grant Sponsor the right to use their name, handle, likeness, and nominated content for promotional purposes related to the Contest, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or nomination it believes, in its sole discretion, violates these Rules, community guidelines, or applicable law, including but not limited to plagiarized content, fraudulent nominations, vote manipulation, or use of multiple/fake accounts.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or these Rules, at any time, for any reason, including if the Contest cannot be conducted as planned.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of a prize.

11. Disputes / Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
